Northland College completed an inventory of more than 1,000 culverts in the Bad River watershed to develop a needs assessment for culvert remediation.  This needs assessment was used by Northland College and other project partners to develop a strategic plan for addressing road/stream crossings.  Additionally, this project remediated three culverts identified as high priority through the strategic planning process to improve fish passage and reduce sedimentation and erosion.  Project partners included, Bad River Watershed Association, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the Bad River Band.
